The authentic Shochu brewery in Kumamoto prefecture uses the brewery’s traditional techniques to create this rice Whisky. It is a blend of whisky distilled from German malt and domestic rice and vodka made from rice shochu, which is matured and stored in oak casks for a long time.

The result is a whisky with a delicate and refined sweetness derived from rice, based on the development concept of “Whisky that complements meals”. It is a perfect match for Japanese cuisine.
