This dry gin awarded Gold Outstanding at IWSC2023, uses spring water from one of Japan’s three holy mountains, Mt. Haku.

As to slowly bring out the aroma of juniper berries, it contains a more significant amount than usual. It has a heavy aroma and astringent, with a crisp citrus flavour. Various flavours intertwine well, and you will enjoy the aroma slowly changing on the palate. It tastes smooth which goes down quickly.

KODACHI

“Elegant” is the perfect word for this gin. Cedar leaves, cypress wood, and juniper berries deepen each other’s aroma. The first aroma is of cedar, followed by the calm and profound smell and taste of cypress on the palate. The citrus peel adds freshness, and the sansho (Japanese pepper) gives a sharp aftertaste. It is a gin that will immerse you in the sensation of being in a Japanese forest.

KOZUE

The leaves of the evergreen conifer Kouyamaki are used as the main botanical. The dry woody aroma expands beautifully in the mouth, and deep flavours are reminiscent of the tranquillity of a forest. It gains high evaluations overseas, winning awards in multiple competitions.

Rice-based spirit with a gentle sweetness in the aftertaste is created by upcycling the white bran of sake rice scraped off in the sake-making process using distillation technology. The unique balance of Japanese Yuzu, tea stem, kuromoji, and juniper berry gorgeously expands on the palate, and chilled gives a more decadent Japanese aroma.
