Actinidia arguta(Sarunashi) is the speciality of Karumaimachi in Iwate prefecture and is also known as the “Baby Kiwi fruit”. It contains various vitamins and minerals. This liqueur, “Monkey Fly”, is made with pickling Sarunashi and edible chrysanthemum flowers, creating a light sour taste and gorgeous aroma.
Enjoy it chilled, straight, on the rocks or with soda.
