Ingredients: Koganesengan (sweet potato), malted rice
Koganesengan (sweet potato), used to make this shochu, gives a soft aroma of potato and a gentle sweetness. Recommended on the rocks, straight, and mixed with hot water to enjoy the flavour of this spirit, but it also goes well mixed with soda to feel bright. The golden ratio of shochu and soda is 4:6.
Some enjoy it mixed with coffee, green tea, or black tea.
